The part was on back order and I was offered the choice of waiting or canceling. I cancled, however the part was mistakenly shipped anyway (no big deal, it happens). From there I worked with John to arrange the return of the part and a refund. John was very accomadating and made the process smooth and easy, even paid the return postage. This kind of service is the kind that generates repeat customers.
