John was excellent and helping me figure out which bulb replacement I needed for my Faber Vent Hood. I had guessed at what I needed and placed the order but when I received, it was not what I needed so I contacted John and texted him a picture and he was able to identify and send me the correct part immediately. I returned the original part and received credit. I value companies like this to take the time to help their customers.
