I already left a review online. This is my experience with LetsTalkParts.com. I would give less than one star, but that’s not an option. I ordered a control board for a Fisher Paykel washer. On top of paying for the part, I also paid $12 for shipping. They sent me a touchpad, not a control panel. When I contacted them, I had to ship the wrong item back to them at my cost of $10.65 and they only refunded me the amount of the part and not the shipping for them to send me the wrong item. So now I am $22.65 into shipping cost alone, for a part that only cost $36.70 before shipping. I will never buy  from them again.

We have been dealing with our broken decal for years, and finally decided to upgrade and got the decal quickly.  Customer service is excellent! we have ordered many things in the past years and always had good quick service.
