Len's Appliance told us these parts weren't manufactured anymore and our entire hood had to be replaced. They kept my deposit of $136 though.  So...I found the parts at Let'stalkparts for half the price of other parts dealers and installed 'em myself.  Screw Len's Appliance.  Hooray for Letstalkparts!
