I was disappointed with the late delivery and miscommunication.  When placing ghd order I was given the expected shipping date range of 3-5 days.  On the 4th day I called or email and was told to expect the part in 2-3 days.  It turns out this was a special order and it was 10 days after my order was placed that I received the part.
