I ordered this in a panic. My washing machine was flooding with cold water even when turned off and unplugged. Of course we had to turn off the cold water faucet to the washing machine. I could (barely) wash clothes by babying the machine along....turning on and off cold water and trying to use hot to wash. We have a family of 7 and are about to leave on a trip to Haiti. I needed my machine!!! The part arrived 2 days later, I put it in and it worked perfectly. I am such a happy lady :-) Getting such quick service and being able to fix my 10 year old washing machine for about $50 in less than an hour hit my sweet spot pretty hard. Thank you LTP. I'll be ordering from you again -- but hopefully not too soon.
