Review of online experience January 20, 2021 Reviewer: David DeBruin from Emigrant, MT United States   I was disappointed in my online shopping experience with you.  Your website ordering page would not allow me to ship to an address different from my billing address.  I tried every way conceivable.  And when I used my shipping address, the credit card was naturally rejected, so I had to go back to my billing address.  As a result, I left a comment in the "comment" box of my order, explaining the problem and asking that you ship to a different address.  You ignored the comment, and shipped to my billing address.  As a result, I will need to re-ship the parts to where I need them.  Your website ought to allow use of different shipping and billing addresses.  That is fairly basic. Very Pleased February 29, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from BALTIMORE, MD United States   I found these parts online which were priced lower than other companies.  I was a bit weary but saw that the company had great reviews.  I'm happy to say that the parts were just as advertised and work perfectly on my stove.  I was so happy to not have to pay a fortune to fix my burners.  I would use them again for needed parts in the future.
