Lint Screen Filter ordered February 22, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Mission Viejo, CA United States   The filter arrived within a couple of days and was easy to put in (took 5 minutes only) because of your how-to video on your site--thank you! (A plumber had told us the charge would be over $200 for the filter and installation.) However, I would have liked if the filter were wrapped in plastic, or paper, or something, and not just "floating around" in the box. Luckily the box wasn't damaged in transport.  By the way, your price was the lowest I found on the Internet. Was this review helpful to you?

Great Service February 14, 2015 Reviewer: Linda Dias from Lemon Cove, CA United States   I was having problems with my dryer & the service people had been to my house to service my dryer & I was always told there is nothing wrong with it & proceed to charge me $140.  Since it took 45 minutes to dry worn out tee shirts I knew something was wrong. I went to You Tube and there was a video on my dryer and it told me what was wrong how to repair and gave the part number.  The man even told where to buy it but that company no longer had the part so I went on line and typed in the part number and up came quite a few companies so I checked them all out.  This was the best price and I knew I would get the part within 7 days.  I got the part sooner than I thought I would.  I took apart my dryer took out the old lint screen which was torn, clean all the lint out of the dryer which came to 5 canisters full, installed the new part.  Dryer works like a charm and now the dryer dries clothes in a short amount of time.
