great site/company September 3, 2013 Reviewer: michael d from addison, IL United States   After visiting your site to purchase a diverter valve for my FP washer I realized ( based on the info you provided) that my problem was a faulty control board... I purchased the board and it arrived as expected. the detailed pictures provided helped with the installation as did the directions provided. I had a question about what wires went where because I unplug the old board without taking notes and a call to your customer service provided me the answers quickly. everything is working great again and I would recommend this site/company to anyone in need ... great customer service and great prices delivered on time ! Fisher Paykel GWL-11 control board 420094 US August 27, 2013 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Hillsborough, NJ United States   Part arrived quickly and in good condition, working properly on installation.  LTP had the best price on the part and shipping. The part wasn't cheap, but that's not LTP's fault.  F-P parts are a little hard to find; if I need anything else, I'll certainly consider LTP again. Was this review helpful to you?

Controller module July 8, 2013 Reviewer: Stacey Wahlstrom from Northfield, MN United States   The controller module I ordered came in just a few days, and worked as advertised.  It's nice that now they have a fuse to the module, because my real problem turned out to be that the pump motor is bad, so that ended up blowing the new fuse when the washer got to the rinse cycle for the first time after I installed the new controller module. . .  So I have now ordered a new pump motor.  Hopefully that will be the last of my problems for now! Well priced and timely February 10, 2013 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Lubbock, TX United States   The replacement Fisher & Paykel washer controller was reasonably priced and arrived a few days after being ordered. In addition, the replacement part came with good documentation and also a fuse to be installed, both helpful features. Hopefully our washer with have many more good years of service now.
