1 of 5 Faber Hood Vent Switch Button Thursday, March 26, 2026
Reviewer: Thomas Lange from Mason, OH United States
I appreciate that you had this part in stock.  However, I did think it was way over priced, but had little choice but to purchase it.  On top of that you made a profit center out of the shipping cost.  Ugh! Jesse James without a gun! And the part broke upon installation because of the very poor design which made it super fragile.

This vendor is the source for extremely hard to find replacement parts.  I searched for this part for a very long time.

It took forever (months) for the part to be shipped.  I frankly though I had been scammed. Glad to have the part now, but would have appreciated a warning about the length of time to receive the part.

5 of 5 Hard Work Was Appreciated Friday, May 9, 2025
Reviewer: David Garden from Ashland, OR United States
This was a back ordered part form the manufacturer for many months. Your customer service person, Jonathan Miller worked hard to help keep me informed about the status of the order. I appreciate begin able to reach out to Jonathan on the phone and via email to get information about the process.
