The web site description of the suspension rods I ordered indicated that they were appropriate for the model of washer I have. They were not! The top bracket on the rods did not fit my washer. I did not want to wait weeks to send the rods back and wait for the appropriate ones. So, I spent considerable time deconstructing the new rods and placing my old brackets on the new rods.
