To be honest, my kitchen hood was damaged. I was looking for the motor and searched everywhere but did not find it.
Luckily, I knew this site and placed an order. It arrived later, but it was good.
If you want to make a call to support, no one might pick up, but you could leave a message. They are really good with email responses.
