Excellent Service! March 12, 2022 Reviewer: robert f from san rafael, CA United States   I'm sorry to say that Let's Talk Parts was the third place I contacted for an original equipment replacement for my oven thermostat-- I WISH THEY HAD BEEN THE FIRST.   John was quite familiar with his products and sent me the exact original mechanical replacement part-- not the electronic monstrosity that the manufacturer, BlueStar now provides. Oh, I'd indeed be remiss if I didn't mention what a pleasure it was to actually speak, over the phone, with an intelligent and knowledgeable American gentleman   as opposed to the Indian call center that Let's Talk Parts' competition sent me to.
