Wrong part, no returns allowed |

This is a 1 star review for this site.
When you order, they let you enter your model & serial # to ensure its the right part. I ordered a plastic divider panel for my freezer. Well it turned out it was 2" too big making it useless. And they don't allow any returns apparently. So there goes $40 down the drain and a piece of plastic in the recycling.
Not sure why they say enter your model/serial as if did anything to avoid this problem.
