Matched the correct part to my range hood model. Lowest price. Just had unit installed, works great. Staff at Let's Talk Parts were courteous and professional. If I had one complaint, it's that their website could've mentioned that the item was on backorder before I placed my online order. It wasn't until a couple of weeks later when I called them after having not  heard anything that I learned the part was backordered. So, I recommend calling them for inventory status before ordering. Good people will actually answer the phone.

I called the tech line to find out how to replace the motor and ask the tech. If removing the two screw screws on the bottom would allow me to drop the motor out of the hood. He told me it was a compression fit and yes, it would. But in fact, there’s four screws or bolts on top of the motor that hold it in the hood. so he was no help!
