I was able to find what I needed fairly easily on the website, it came in a reasonable amount of time and then when it turned out I didn't need it after all it was easy to return. I wish I had known about the 15% restocking fee. That was not a welcome bit of news since I will have spent $20 in shipping from and back to the company and another $10 to restock an item I ultimately didn't need after all. But customer service was very nice.
