I spilled some brine on my DCS commercial stove and some of it got inside the unit and shorted it out. Anytime you would throw the breaker, there was a spark behind the stainless steel of the control know portion and it breaker would pop again. Worked with Jon on what I thought the part was and then sent him a picture of what I thought the problem was. He looked up the part, I purchased it and it arrive within 5 business days on regular shipping. Thirty minute install and I was back in business for the holidays!! Great customer service!!
