I did not buy from LTP, but since they had the best parts diagram I could find, I thought I should share this handy info for future customers. F&P "helpfully" puts the part number on a sticker right on the part- except I could not find that number anywhere! I did find this part though, but went with a closeout from eBay since I really wasn't confident I was buying the right thing.
I opened the box, labeled from F&P as 510688- and the sticker on it says 524936, just like the one I pulled out.
Mine did die in a power surge, not from a F&P problem.
