My cooktop spark module failed and needed replacement. After price checking on the web for a supplier, I found Let's Talk Parts. Best pricing and the part was in stock. When I received the new part, I found that the spark module that originally came with my cooktop was not the same model that I received. I have 5 burners but the original part was a 6-point module. I verified the wiring harness was correct for either module and installed the replacement module. It didn't function at all, so I emailed Let's Talk Parts to discuss the situation. I received a response phone call 20 minutes after sending the email. What??? That's the quickest response to any email I've ever sent. After discussing the situation with them, they told me to return the "bad" module and that they would send me a brand new 6 point module. The turnaround was quick and the overall experience was outstanding! Great customer experience, caring professionals, committed to excelling at serving their customers.
