I have owned my hard to find, Austrian manufactured refrigerator for over 16 years. I was on the verge of panic when a door shelf support cracked and I could not find the replacement part anywhere locally.
Of course, let's talk parts.com have the exact right part, had information on how to locate my model and serial number, and supplied me the exact right part within days.
