Original part was on back-order so staff quickly sent me a generic which works well. Would have been nice to know of the back-order status at the time of the initial order (because of the original part did not arrive at the time expected). Staff was unexpectedly friendly, appreciative of my business and helpful over the phone. Would contact them again, if the need arises.
