Needed a freezer drawer for my Liebherr frig. Looked up the part and made the order. Ltp emailed me and asked for the service number of my frig. They replied that I had ordered the incorrect part and identified the correct part. Very grateful for their method of verifying an order prior to payment and final order. I would have ended up returning the wrong part and trying again. They figured out how to save the customer and themselves lots of aggravation. The right part arrived and installed immediately. Highly recommend them!
